Birthday Party Bookings!
Service Description
All parties are two hours long, including approx 90mins of creative workshop led by staff, plus designated time for presents and snacks. Cupcakes are provided for the children to decorate as part of our creative time, and each child will make items to take home, so need for a cake or party favours, I've got it covered! Parties are best suited for children ages 5+ Pricing: Up to 6 kids $255 / 7-9 $310 / 10-12 $355 / 13-15 $400 / 16-18 $450 (requires 2nd staff) *Please note there are certain parties with an additional supply fee due to high supply cost, please find details below $255 is due upon booking, final amount is due 48hrs prior to party start date. Bookings are non refundable but are transferrable to alternate date in the event of illness or emergency. *Please note in case of allergies, we have a golden retriever named Ben, who takes his job of studio assistant and foot warmer very seriously, and is present at the studio during many programs (not usually birthday parties but sometimes). He insisted that I note that he only sheds twice per year (for 6 months at a time) FAQ Q: Can we bring food and drinks? A: Yes! There is time allotted near the end of the party for snacks. We ask parents to please help us keep our art studio clean, by leaving food/drinks packed up until snack time to avoid spills on our supplies and equipment, and to remind kids to remain seated while eating. Q: What time should we arrive? A: Plan to arrive 5-10mins prior to start time. We ask that you please do not arrive prior as staff need time to set up between parties. Q: Should I bring a cake? A: Cupcakes are provided for kids to decorate during each party, so no need for a cake! Q: Can we bring decorations? A: Some parents choose to bring helium balloons, but other than that, our space is tastefully decorated, and we have birthday banners that we put up by the snack table, as well as table cloths, so no need to bring anything, we got you covered! Q: Is there anything else I need to bring? A: Not really! We ask that at minimum you please provide beverages for the kids as we do not keep any refreshments or cups on site, but other than that, please just provide plates/napkins/utensils for any food that you provide (we provide plates for the cupcakes)
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non refundable but are transferrable to alternate date in the event of illness or emergency, *except* in the case of bookings during long weekends, or the weekends preceeding, during, or following a SD23 closure (ie spring break), in which case bookings are final and non transferable. Non refundable $255 deposit is due upon booking, final amount is due 48hrs prior to party start date.
