All parties are two hours long, including 90mins of creative workshop led by staff, plus designated time for presents and snacks. Cupcakes are provided for the children to decorate as part of our creative time, and each child will make items to take home, so need for a cake or party favours, I've got it covered! Parties are best suited for independent children ages 6+

*Because there is no separate seating area for parents, noise can become a distraction to the artists, so I encourage parents other than the birthday family, to please drop off their children and come back near the end of the party.
March 23nd - 3-5 (spring break!)
We recommend that before booking a birthday that falls on a long weekend, or before/duing/after a school closure, clients reach out to attendees to confirm attendance, as more often than not, these timeslots result in requests to rebook due to lack of attendee availability. If staff is scheduled to work a long weekend etc because a party has been booked, they are not able to make plans of their own, and therefore out of respect for their time, we do not accept cancellations or rescheduled parties during these times, and our regular cancellation policy is null and void.
Parites booked within spring break (March 14th - 30th) are considered final bookings and are not available for rescheduling.

Bookings are non refundable but are transferrable to alternate date in the event of illness or emergency *EXCEPT* when booked over a long weekend or on a weekend preceding, during, or following a SD23 closure (ie spring break etc), in which case all bookings are final.
Noise can become a distraction to the artists, parents other than the birthday family are asked to please drop off their children and come back at the end of the party.
FAQ
Q: Can we bring food and drinks?
A: Yes! There is time allotted near the end of the party for snacks. We ask parents to please help us keep our art studio clean, by leaving food/drinks packed up until snack time to avoid spills on our supplies and equipment, and to remind kids to remain seated while eating.
Q: When should we arrive?
A: Please plan to arrive no sooner than 5-10mins prior to party start time.
Q: Should I bring a cake?
A: Cupcakes are provided for kids to decorate during each party, so no need for a cake!
Q: Can we bring decorations?
A: Some parents choose to bring helium balloons, but other than that, our space is tastefully decorated, and we have birthday banners that we put up by the snack table, as well as table cloths, so no need to bring anything, we got you covered!
Q: Grandma really wants to come, I see that you prefer not to have extra adults, are there any exceptions?
A: No problem! We ask that the parents of guests please do not stay, but if one or two additional family members wish to watch, we just ask that they be mindful of noise, and to sit back and realx and leave the instructor to work with the kids. Our parties are timed and planned for parents to kick back and watch, and can alter time if parents pop in and help the kids with the activities.
Q: Is there anything else I need to bring?
A: Not really! We ask that at minimum you please provide beverages for the kids as we do not keep any refreshments or cups on site, but other than that, please just provide plates/napkins/utensils for any food that you provide (we provide plates for the cupcakes)
