This is the common quote overheard time and time again amongst kids during parties here at the studio! We offer a unique and very hands on creative experience, captivating imagination and glee in all who attend! Creating a one of a kind experience that kids talk about for years to come, while parents sit back and relax is my number one goal!
All parties are two hours long, including approx 90mins of creative workshop led by staff, plus designated time for presents and snacks. Cupcakes are provided for the children to decorate as part of our creative time, and each child will make items to take home, so need for a cake or party favours, I've got it covered! Parties are best suited for independent children ages 6+

$245 is due upon booking, final amount is due 48hrs prior to party start date. Bookings are non refundable but are transferrable to alternate date in the event of illness or emergency.

Noise can become a distraction to the artists, parents other than the birthday family are asked to please drop off their children and come back at the end of the party.

*Please note in case of allergies, we have a golden retriever named Ben, who takes his job of studio assistant and foot warmer very seriously, and is present at the studio during many programs. He insisted that I note that he only sheds twice per year (for 6 months at a time)

Adopt A Pet
Our most popular party theme is perfect for the animal loving child in your home! Each child will be invited to choose a new furry friend to love and care for. Children will decorate a pet carrier, make their new friend a collar and matching friendship bracelet for themselves, and take a trip to the vet clinic! After crafts, kids will get to decorate "pupcakes", and our studio dog Ben, the Golden Retriever can be found lazily sleeping under one of the tables amidst the chaos!
Baking Sabbotage Challenge
Nailed it or failed it? This is the question for the baking party! Best suited for ages 8+ and an absolute blast for tweens and teens, this party employs me as the saboteur to the baking fun! Given the task of baking 6 cupcakes and one cake, each team of 3+ will have to endure relentless roadblocks, such as blindfolds, strange ingredients, and NO help from adults, as they make their way through the baking challenge to see who is the ultimate baker! VERY fun and creative, and promises to leave your kids full of sugar and delight for days to come!

Spa theme
How great is it when kids get to make something they can actually use, enjoy, and be proud of, and who doesn't love a nice relaxing bath! Kids will enjoy learning how to make custom scented and coloured bath bombs, and then move to the creative table, where they will have a variety of ingredients to mix and match, using their creative vision, to make their own face masks, scrubs and more to take home and enjoy.
*Although equally enjoyed by all ages, this has been a fun one to book as an evening party before a sleepover, especially for older kids! Kids can come in their PJ's, do masks on each other etc, and parents are welcome to drop kids off for independent time as older kids often enjoy!
Messy Art
What kid doesn't like slime! Fun for all ages (who doesn't like to get messy!) but one of the few options that is accessable to younger kiddos. The group will start by making oobleck, then be led by our instructor to make puffy slime complete with glitter, then the group will learn how to make moon dough. Kids will get to take slime home, as well as moon dough. (Smocks are provided but play clothes are highly recommended!)
Candlemaking
This is best suited for our older groups (8+). Children will have the opportunity to learn three different candle making techniques, including beeswax wrap, dip and pour methods. Each child will get to choose their own scents and decorations to add to their poured candle, to make a nature or birthday cake inspired mason jar candle. Kids will also get to work together to make a birthday candle for their birthday friend to blow out!

Harry Potter/Witches & Wizards Theme
Welcome to the wizarding world of Creative Flow Craft Studio! During this party, guests are encouraged to come dressed as their favourite mystical character to get into the spirit of things! Each child will learn how to make a dazzling magic wand and magical dragon egg, then we will come together as a group, to make a bubbling, boiling, magic potion, with ingredients from the black market (and Springfield Bulks!). If our magic potion is a success, and it boils and bubbles, then each child has done their wizarding duty and they will get to take some home, to use in the bath! (Smocks are provided, but we will be using acrylic paints during this party, so be warned!). Of course, no wizard party is complete without torturing my guests with a little game of jellybean roulette!
Dream Catchers
A gorgeous addition to any bedroom, your kids will love creating a custom dream catcher that they can hang up with pride. Kids will start out by learning about the art of weaving, while learning two simple weaving techniques, including double woven friendship bracelets. Once their fingers are warmed up, they'll use a variety of materials to create their dream catcher.
Hydrodipping
If you haven't had the chance to try hydrodipping, you absolutely must! Hydrodipping uses spray paint and water to create a one of a kind marbled effect that is SO gorgeous, as well as permanent! Each child will have the opportunity to spray and dip two canvases and one water bottle or travel mug (depending on supplies available). Kids will get to spend any extra time painting with acrylic

**Due to high supply costs, the price for this party theme is an additional $10/child. Alternatively, you can bring your own mug/cup/item for kids to drip (I will still supply canvases) and the fee will be waived

Tie Dye or Bleach Dye
All the fun but we keep the mess! Each child will learn about the different techniques to achieve different tie dye designs, then will jump in to design and create a tie dye t-shirt, marble paint a "tie dye" canvas with their name on it, and decorate colourful cupcakes. Bleach dye is an alternative that is fun and creates a shirt that does not fade with washing and allows for use of reverse stencils to create different designs and sayings. I am happy to create a specific theme with my hand made custom stencils.
Taylor Swift Party Era
One of our favourite Friday girls night activities is now available for birthday parties! While we blast Tay-Tay's greatest hits, kids will spend the party making friendship bracelets, decorating water bottles, and answering T-Swizzle Trivia! Each participant will decorate a small wooden bracelet box to keep their swag, and after all the fun, they will make friendship bracelet inspired cupcakes! We even have a special Switftie birthday banner!​

FAQ
Q: Can we bring food and drinks?
A: Yes! There is time allotted near the end of the party for snacks. We ask parents to please help us keep our art studio clean, by leaving food/drinks packed up until snack time to avoid spills on our supplies and equipment, and to remind kids to remain seated while eating.

Q: Should I bring a cake?
A: Cupcakes are provided for kids to decorate during each party, so no need for a cake!

Q: Can we bring decorations?
A: Some parents choose to bring helium balloons, but other than that, our space is tastefully decorated, and we have birthday banners that we put up by the snack table, as well as table cloths, so no need to bring anything, we got you covered!

Q: Grandma really wants to come, I see that you prefer not to have extra adults, are there any exceptions?
A: No problem! We ask that the parents of guests please do not stay, but if one or two additional family members wish to watch, we just ask that they be mindful of noise, and to sit back and realx and leave the instructor to work with the kids. Our parties are timed and planned for parents to kick back and watch, and can alter time if parents pop in and help the kids with the activities.

Q: Is there anything else I need to bring?
A: Not really! We ask that at minimum you please provide beverages for the kids as we do not keep any refreshments or cups on site, but other than that, please just provide plates/napkins/utensils for any food that you provide (we provide plates for the cupcakes)
